Document management is an often overlooked area of business operations. Product information, contracts, agreements, are all essential components of business. Normally these documents are kept without due care, and may only be accessed by certain staff. Many of these documents have shelf lives too. There are times when contracts expire, or product information becomes obsolete, but nobody notices until its too late.
Document Centre is designed to solve the sharing of documents across the whole organisation. To ensure security, the owner of these document can set permissions as to who can or cannot access these documents.
On top of that, it is possible to set reminders for any necessary action relevant to a document renewal date, and when due, an email notification will be sent to the relevant owner.
